Having game night is one way that we bring families closer together. A lot of the time parents get lost with work, making sure that their child is dropped off, or picked up at the right time. So it can be very easy for a parent to forget to spend quality time with their child. That’s where we come in, we help families get that quality time together. Having Family Game Night once a month gives parents the opportunity to have that memorable time and be active with their child. It is also a great way for the child to see their parents in a different aspect outside the traditional family household. A lot of parents don’t really see the impact of playing a game or being active with their child, but John Carreon, a member of The Legacy Center, talks about how he loves to play with his mom and throwing the football with her was the “best time ever.”
